My route into psychotherapy has been shaped by a long-standing relationship with the body, creativity, and non-verbal forms of expression. As someone with a dyslexia diagnosis (given aged 8), traditional forms of learning have not been so easily accessible to me.
From an early age, music, movement, art and later yoga, offered ways of making sense of experience when words felt limiting.
This continues to inform my interest in how emotional and psychological distress communicates — often indirectly — through sensation, image, behaviour, and symbol.

Why do this?
In a time when it’s hard to know who and what to trust, I wish to create a space where you can truly be yourself and connect to your own intelligence and intuition. My wish for you is to have sovereignty over your own body and experiences.
The way we do this…by learning to TRUST.
When we make space to connect to ourselves, to nature and each other, we learn – or re-learn – to trust ourselves and each other.
