You may be seeking therapy because…

…you have noticed patterns that are hard to shift, such as:

persistent anxiety or emotional dysregulation
a sense of being overwhelmed, shut down, or fragmented
difficulties in relationships or attachment
loss, transition, or questions of meaning
long-standing self-criticism or shame

Some people arrive with a clear sense of what is troubling them; others arrive with a more general sense that something isn’t right. Both are welcome.

How I Work

My work is grounded in humanistic and integrative psychotherapy, informed by trauma-aware and nervous-system-informed perspectives.

Rather than working towards symptom reduction alone,
therapy offers a space to:

– understand how past experiences continue to shape present responses
– notice how the body and nervous system respond to stress and threat
– develop greater capacity for emotional regulation and reflection
– explore relational patterns as they arise within and beyond therapy

I work at a pace that supports psychological safety and depth, attending carefully to what emerges in the therapeutic relationship.

Who I Work With

I work with adults experiencing:

anxiety, panic, and chronic stress
trauma and its ongoing impact
shame, low self-esteem, and inner conflict
bereavement, loss, and life transitions
relationship and attachment difficulties
learning differences and neurodivergence
loss of meaning or direction

If specialist support is required beyond my scope of practice, I will help you find appropriate referral pathways.
